Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 15-701.01 to require the state board of education to incorporate financial literacy standards into high school mathematics graduation requirements.

Mandates that social studies standards include free market economics and the history of capitalism as part of high school graduation competency requirements.

Applies to all high school pupils in Arizona and becomes part of the minimum course of study and academic standards prescribed for graduation.
