Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 15-1450 regarding community college district board members' participation in employee benefit plans.

Changes language in subsection B.1 from singular "a board member" to plural "board members" to allow multiple board members to continue participating in health, accident, life, and disability benefit plans after leaving the board.

Requires board members who continue coverage after leaving office to have served at least six consecutive years on the board and been covered under the plan while serving.

Specifies that board members and surviving spouses/dependents must pay full premiums and their participation cannot result in any expenditure of district monies.

Allows surviving spouses and dependents of deceased board members to continue participating in the plan under the same conditions regarding premium payment and no district expense.
