Requires procurement officers of Arizona state agencies, counties, cities, and towns to purchase goods, articles, materials, or services manufactured or derived from the United States when feasible.

Exempts purchases that are prohibited by federal law or treaty, inconsistent with public interest, or unreasonable in cost.

Exempts purchases for products not produced or manufactured in the United States in sufficient and reasonably available commercial quantities or of satisfactory quality.
