Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 11-622 regarding claims presented to county boards of supervisors.

Changes the grammatical construction in subsection A from "is justly due" to "are justly due" to properly reflect that the claim and each item must be justified.

Requires persons presenting claims against a county to submit an itemized claim executed under penalties of perjury with specific details of each item, date, and amount.

Maintains the existing six-month deadline for presenting claims to the county board of supervisors, measured from when the last item of the account accrues.

Allows sellers of goods or services to submit claims by electronic data interchange if the county board of supervisors approves this method, while requiring all other claims to be submitted in writing.
