Modifies community supervision terms imposed upon felony sentencing by establishing different ratios based on offense type: one day for every seven days of imprisonment for serious/violent/aggravated felonies, and one day for every three days for all other felonies.

Restructures earned release credits by creating two tiers: one day for every six days served for serious/violent/aggravated felonies, and one day for every three days served for other offenses.

Clarifies that earned release credits do not reduce the actual term of imprisonment imposed by the court but only determine the length of subsequent community supervision.

Updates references throughout statute to reflect new calculation methodology for both community supervision terms and earned release credit accrual rates.
