Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 31-121 to extend municipal court warrant provisions regarding incarceration cost responsibility.

Cities and towns must pay incarceration costs for individuals arrested on warrants issued by municipal courts, in addition to those charged in municipal court proceedings.

Clarifies that incarceration cost obligations apply to both charges filed in municipal court and arrests made on municipal court-issued warrants.

Maintains existing provisions that county jail districts bear costs for prisoners committed by county or political subdivision authority in counties with established districts.

Preserves cities' and towns' ability to recover incarceration costs through other statutory mechanisms.
