Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 17-309 to add a new class 6 felony for knowingly taking, attempting to take, or possessing an endangered species.

The endangered species violation is in addition to existing civil liability under section 17-314.

Makes a minor grammatical change replacing "which" with "that" in subsection A, paragraph 20 regarding wildlife carcass identification.

Applies the felony penalty to anyone who violates the endangered species provision, with enforcement by peace officers.
