Renames the "Arizona game and fish department" to the "Arizona wildlife conservation service" throughout Title 17 of Arizona Revised Statutes, including references to the commission that oversees it.

Updates statutory definitions and references to reflect the new agency name while maintaining all existing powers, duties, and organizational structures of the department and commission.

Allows the Arizona wildlife conservation service to continue using existing signage, printed materials, and insignia of the former game and fish department through December 31, 2017.

Directs the Arizona Legislative Council staff to prepare draft legislation to conform other sections of Arizona Revised Statutes to the name change for consideration in the 51st legislature's first regular session.
