Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 16-226 regarding nonpartisan elections and the timing of election calls.

Requires nonpartisan elections to be called no later than 120 days before the election date.

Defines "nonpartisan" as an election held by a special district established under title 48 that is not concurrent with the general election.

Makes a technical correction changing the reference from "chapter" to "article" in the statutory definition section.
