Amends Arizona Revised Statutes sections 46-455 and 46-456 relating to adult protective services and vulnerable adult protection.

Modifies attorney fees provisions in civil actions for endangering vulnerable adults by neglect, removing language that capped additional attorney fees at the amount of compensatory damages awarded.

Adds requirement that defendants pay "reasonable costs and attorney fees" in civil actions for financial exploitation of vulnerable adults under section 46-456.

Clarifies that corrections to governing instruments (revocations, severances) do not affect third-party interests acquired in good faith and for value, provided the severance is properly recorded.

Effective April 3, 2012 upon gubernatorial approval and filing with the Secretary of State.
