Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 41-1232.04 to add a new exemption from lobbyist registration requirements.

Exempts natural persons who are representatives of organizations granted tax-exempt status under Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c)(3) from lobbyist registration requirements.

The exemption applies only while the organization maintains its federal 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status.

Adds this exemption as subsection 10 to the existing list of exceptions to lobbyist registration and regulation requirements.
