Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 15-456 regarding jurisdiction of county boards of supervisors and county school superintendents over joint common school districts.

Changes language in subsection A from "which" to "that" when referring to school buildings within a proposed joint common school district.

Replaces specific statutory references in subsection B (sections 15-429, 15-453 through 15-455, 15-457, 15-491, 15-975 and 15-997) with general language stating "as otherwise provided for the joint common school districts."

Maintains that the county where the greater portion of qualified electors resides, or the county containing all existing school buildings, shall have jurisdiction over the joint common school district.

Makes technical corrections to clarify statutory language regarding authority and duties of county school superintendents and boards of supervisors in administering joint common school districts.
