Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 27-271.01 to clarify that the Department of State Lands maintains an inventory of state trust lands suitable for lease or sale under the relevant article.

Specifies that the inventory applies only to lands within boundaries identified in section 37-312 and located in counties with a population exceeding 600,000 persons according to the most recent U.S. decennial census.

Requires that persons applying for land reclassification under section 37-312 be notified if the department has identified their land as suitable for lease or sale under the applicable article.

Makes technical corrections to clarify existing statutory language regarding state trust lands containing common mineral products, materials, and property.
