Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 46-292 to expand Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) eligibility for dependent children living with grandparents.

Allows grandparents who exercise day-to-day physical care of a dependent child residing with them (and receive no payment or subsidy under Title 8) to receive increased cash assistance under the program.

Sets the cash assistance amount for grandparent-headed households at up to twice the normal amount allowed under the article, with benefits lasting twice as long as the time limits prescribed in Section 46-294.

Modifies existing TANF eligibility requirements and benefit calculation rules to accommodate grandparent caregivers as an eligible family unit type.
