Establishes the Arizona health task force consisting of 12 members including legislators, state agency directors, school board members, a pediatrician, and a farmer representative.

Task force shall examine the relationship between nutrition and disease, dietary and genetic factors and obesity, and develop recommendations for meeting nutritional needs of Arizona communities.

Requires the task force to submit annual reports of findings and recommendations to the governor, president of the senate, and speaker of the house by November 15 of each year, beginning November 15, 2013.

Task force members are not eligible to receive compensation or reimbursement of expenses.

The task force expires and is repealed on September 30, 2016.
