Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 11-1014 to add an exemption for law enforcement dogs that bite persons while under proper supervision and care of a licensed veterinarian.

Law enforcement agencies using dogs are exempt from quarantine and destruction requirements when a dog bites a person during lawful law enforcement activities.

Requires law enforcement agencies to notify the county enforcement agent if the dog exhibits any abnormal behavior following a bite incident.

Requires law enforcement agencies to make the dog available for examination by county enforcement at any reasonable time.

Applies to dogs used by federal, state, county, city, or town law enforcement agencies.
