Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 16-921 regarding unlawful contributions by corporations and labor organizations from segregated funds.

Expands the definition of personnel eligible to solicit and receive contributions to include executive or administrative personnel of a corporation's subsidiaries, branches, divisions and affiliates and their families.

Adds new definitions to the statute: "affiliate" (organizations that control, are controlled by, or are under common control with a corporation), "control" (power to direct management or policies), and clarifies existing definitions of "exclusive contract," "executive or administrative personnel," and "insurance producer."

Requires corporations that utilize methods for soliciting voluntary contributions to make such methods available to labor organizations representing employees, at cost-reimbursement only.

Designated as an emergency measure operative immediately upon enactment, approved by the Governor on March 29, 2012.
