Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 41-1104 regarding travel reimbursement and subsistence payments for state legislators.

Restricts subsistence payments during special sessions on Saturdays and Sundays to only days when the legislature actually meets and acts on legislative matters.

Maintains existing subsistence rates of $35 per day during regular or special sessions, with additional $25 per day for members whose permanent residence is outside Maricopa County.

Preserves the limit of full subsistence payments to the first 120 days of a regular session, with reduced $10 per day subsistence for days beyond 120 days.
