Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 15-202 regarding state board of education meetings and operations.

Requires a majority of all board members to validate any action or act of the board.

Provides board members with travel expenses and subsistence reimbursement as authorized under title 38, chapter 4, article 2.

Grants board members immunity from personal liability for actions taken in good faith within their authority during duly constituted meetings with majority board approval.

Makes a technical correction clarifying that immunity applies to actions taken "with approval of a majority of all members of the board."
