Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 14-5107 regarding military member powers of attorney.

Corrects grammar in the statute by changing "have" to "has" to properly refer to a singular parent or guardian.

Allows active duty military members who are parents or guardians to delegate powers regarding care, custody, and property of minor children or wards to another person for up to one year.

Prohibits delegation of the power to consent to marriage or adoption of the minor child or ward.

Defines "military member" as active duty members of the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, or reserve/National Guard members performing official duties under federal authority.
