Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 8-263 to allow juvenile courts to order parents or guardians of children referred to court to attend antigang violence parenting classes in addition to or before judgment.

Requires courts to determine the frequency, times, locations, and content areas of parenting classes, with authority to employ personnel and delegate administration to public or private agencies.

Establishes that antigang violence parenting classes may include meetings with victims' families, discussions with surviving parents of deceased gang members, education on identifying gang/drug activity, adolescent communication techniques, and information about support agencies.

Requires parenting classes to cover potential penalties parents may face for aiding and abetting crimes committed by their children.

Maintains existing provisions allowing courts to assess the ability of minors, their estates, parents, guardians, or custodians to pay for counseling services and to direct payment to the court clerk.
