Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 16-344 regarding the appointment of presidential electors by state political party committee chairmen.

Requires presidential elector candidates to file nomination papers and affidavits with the secretary of state between 90-120 days before the primary election by 5:00 p.m. on the filing deadline.

Adds a new oath requirement for presidential elector candidates stating that if elected, they will cast their ballot only for a candidate who is a natural born U.S. citizen and will be at least 35 years old on inauguration day.

Maintains existing requirements that elector candidates must reside in Arizona and be qualified to hold the office at the time of election.
