Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 41-1822 to require peace officer training courses that emphasize prohibition against motorcycle profiling.

Defines "motorcycle profiling" as using only the fact that a person rides a motorcycle or wears motorcycle-related paraphernalia as the basis for law enforcement action (arrest, search, or questioning) without other legal basis.

Adds motorcycle profiling prohibition training to the list of minimum training standards that peace officer basic academies must include, alongside existing courses on hate crimes, infant death investigations, and other topics.

Makes technical changes to peace officer misconduct procedures, including reorganizing provisions related to board authority to deny, suspend, revoke, or cancel officer certifications for non-compliance with qualifications.
