Allows any person engaged in a public business in Arizona to select whom they do business with and refuse to sell to, wait on, or serve any person without restriction.

Permits businesses to display a sign notifying the public that "the management reserves the right to refuse to sell to, wait on or serve any person," though displaying the sign is not required to exercise this right.

Makes it a class 2 misdemeanor for a person to refuse to leave the premises of a business after being requested or ordered to leave by the owner, manager, or employee.
