Amends section 8-323 to remove the strikethrough language that previously limited monetary assessments to $500, allowing assessments to be imposed without that cap for certain juvenile violations.

Modifies section 8-341 regarding disposition of delinquent juveniles adjudicated for criminal damage (section 13-1602, subsection A, paragraph 5), establishing a mandatory fine of at least $300 but not more than $1,000.

Allows courts to order juveniles convicted of criminal damage to perform 100 hours of community restitution in lieu of paying all or part of the fine if it is in the best interests of the juvenile, with community service credited at $10 per hour.

Permits courts to order parents or guardians of juveniles convicted of a second or subsequent criminal damage offense to assist in performing court-ordered community restitution if the parent knew of or provided means for the conduct.
