Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 15-184 regarding charter school admission requirements and enrollment preferences.

Allows charter schools to reserve capacity and give enrollment preference to children of employees, governing board members, and charter holder directors/officers.

Extends enrollment preference to pupils who previously attended another charter school with identical charter holder, board, and governing board membership, plus their siblings.

Maintains existing prohibitions on limiting admission based on ethnicity, national origin, gender, income level, disability, English language proficiency, or athletic ability.

Effective date: March 27, 2012 (approved and filed by Governor).
