Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 15-342 to allow school districts to enter into renewable energy development agreements for school property without requiring voter approval, provided the market value is less than $50,000.

Clarifies that school property procured through renewable energy development agreements is exempt from the voter approval requirement that normally applies to leases and lease-purchase agreements for five or more years.

Makes technical corrections to statutory language, replacing "which" with "that" in multiple sections of the discretionary powers statute.

Effective date of June 30, 2013 for the amendments to Section 15-342 as amended by Laws 2011, chapter 344, section 13.

Approved by the Governor on April 3, 2012 and filed with the Secretary of State the same day.
