Amends Arizona Revised Statutes sections 15-481 and 35-454 to modify procedures for school district budget override elections and bond elections.

Requires school district governing boards to publicly declare the deadline for submitting arguments in informational reports at the time the election is ordered, and immediately post the deadline on the district's website.

Changes language in budget override ballot statements from "an estimate of" to "the current" assessed valuation when calculating tax rates for voters.

Requires political subdivisions to set a deadline for submitting arguments for and against bond propositions at a public meeting and publish the deadline in a newspaper of general circulation in the jurisdiction.

Modifies the reference to assessed valuation in bond election informational pamphlets to specify that current secondary assessed valuation should be reported by the department of revenue.
