Adds failure to provide this breast implant disclosure to the definition of "unprofessional conduct" for doctors of medicine under Arizona Medical Board oversight.

Applies the same disclosure requirement and unprofessional conduct classification to osteopathic physicians under the State Board of Osteopathic Examiners.

Covers augmentation procedures using saline, silicone, or any other type of artificial or natural material.
