• Establishes criminal penalties and operational requirements for adult oriented businesses, making violations a class 1 misdemeanor with each day of violation constituting a separate offense.

• Requires nude or seminude employees to perform on a fixed stage at least 6 feet from patrons and 18 inches from the floor in rooms of at least 600 square feet, and prohibits them from touching patrons.

• Prohibits persons convicted within the past 5 years of sexual assault, sexual conduct with a minor, drug trafficking, money laundering, or tax evasion from establishing or operating adult oriented businesses.

• Mandates adult oriented businesses displaying sexual content on video must maintain unobstructed direct line-of-sight monitoring from operator stations (maximum 32 square feet) with an operator on duty at all times patrons are present.

• Prohibits alcohol sales and consumption on the premises of adult oriented businesses and allows county attorneys or citizens to seek injunctions to abate violations.
