Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 23-493.06 to expand employer protections from litigation related to drug and alcohol testing programs.

Protects employers from lawsuits for actions taken in good faith based on positive drug or alcohol test results, or for failures to test.

Shields employers from liability for actions based on good faith belief that an employee used, possessed, or was impaired by drugs or alcohol while on employer premises or during work hours.

Allows employers to exclude employees from safety-sensitive positions, reassign them, or place them on leave based on good faith belief the employee is using drugs that could impair job performance, with evidence including test results, drug labels, physician statements, or other reliable information sources.

Protects employers implementing monitoring measures, reassignments, suspensions, or terminations as part of substance abuse prevention or testing programs.
