Expands hunting and fishing license exemption for veterans to include those rated as totally disabled based on individual unemployability by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, in addition to those rated 100% disabled.

Modifies disabled veteran parking placard eligibility to recognize both 100% disability ratings and total disability based on individual unemployability from the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.

Updates vehicle license tax exemption for disabled veterans to include those certified as totally disabled based on individual unemployability, extending the exemption to surviving spouses until remarriage or death.

Replaces references to "veterans' administration" with "United States department of veterans affairs" throughout the statutes.
