Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 36-605 regarding health menaces in public places.

Changes the phrase "common towel or a common drinking cup which" to "common towel or a common drinking cup that" for grammatical consistency.

Changes "public wash house" to "public washhouse" as a technical correction.

Maintains the existing prohibition making it a petty offense to knowingly provide or furnish common towels or drinking cups in barber shops, washhouses, public lavatories, or other public places.
