Expands definition of "seller" to include those soliciting business opportunities or merchandise related to business opportunities through any means (telephone, internet, mail, electronic media), not just telephone.

Requires sellers of business opportunities to provide written disclosure documents to consumers at least 5 business days before contract execution or any payment, containing specific information about the opportunity, costs, and financing terms.

Establishes 10 business day cancellation period for business opportunity contracts (compared to 3 business days for other telephone sales) and requires written Notice of Cancellation for all sales.

Requires business opportunity contracts to be in writing and include terms of payment, detailed description of seller's services, business address, and approximate delivery/performance dates.

Mandates solicitors accurately identify themselves on caller identification when making calls to residential or mobile phones, and requires Secretary of State to provide copies of all business opportunity registration statements to the Attorney General.
