Amends Section 26-126 of the Arizona Revised Statutes relating to military affairs violations and classifications.

Removes the phrase "the provisions of" from subsection A, which addresses persons who knowingly fail, refuse, or give false information to county recorders or enrolling officers.

Maintains existing penalties: class 2 misdemeanor for providing false or refusing to provide information to county recorders or enrolling officers.

Maintains existing penalty of petty offense for county recorders or enrolling officers who fail to perform duties or falsify records under this chapter.
