AZ HCM2005

Urges the United States Customs and Border Protection Commissioner to relocate border patrol agents from streets and highways in Arizona's interior to forward operating bases along the border fence.

Proposes stationing border patrol agents no more than three hundred yards apart along the border fence with constant patrol to prevent illegal immigration crossings.

Contends that relocating agents to the border fence will reduce the need for border patrol presence in Arizona's interior.

Directs the Arizona Secretary of State to transmit copies of this memorial to the U.S. Customs and Border Protection Commissioner and to all Arizona members of Congress.
