AZ HCR2010

Proposes an amendment to Article VII, Section 13 of the Arizona Constitution regarding bond elections and special assessments.

Changes the voting eligibility requirement from "real property tax payers, who shall also in all respects be" to "the" qualified electors of the state or political subdivision affected.

Simplifies the language by replacing "subdivisions thereof" with "subdivision" in the constitutional text.

Requires submission of the proposition to voters at the next general election per Article XXI of the Arizona Constitution.
