AZ HCR2014

Proposes an amendment to Article IV, Part 2, Section 13 of the Arizona Constitution relating to legislative bills.

Requires every act passed by the legislature to state the constitutional authority that allows the legislature to take the action proposed in the act.

Maintains existing requirement that every act embrace but one subject and matters properly connected therewith, which subject shall be expressed in the title.

Directs the Secretary of State to submit this proposition to voters at the next general election for approval.
