Calls on Congress to withdraw the United States from the United Nations if the country ceases using its veto to protect Israel and similar allies.

Directs Arizona's Secretary of State to transmit the resolution to the President of the U.S. Senate, Speaker of the House, and all Arizona members of Congress.
