Repeals section 41-3012.06 of Arizona Revised Statutes effective retroactively to July 1, 2012.

Adds new section 41-3022.06 establishing the state board of dispensing opticians with a termination date of July 1, 2022.

Repeals Title 32, chapter 15.1 (dispensing opticians regulations) effective January 1, 2023.

Continues the state board of dispensing opticians to promote public health, safety and welfare under the sunset review process.

Sections 1 and 2 are effective retroactively to July 1, 2012.
