Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 36-139 to make technical corrections to language regarding Department of Health Services fees.

Changes "film strips" to "filmstrips" as a single word in the statute describing rental services the department may charge fees for.

Corrects punctuation by replacing a comma with "or" in the clause exempting counties, cities, towns, schools, and school districts from rental and laboratory fees.

Maintains existing provisions that fees charged shall not exceed the department's cost to render services and must be deposited monthly into the state general fund.
