Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 14-6303 regarding registration of securities in beneficiary form.

Removes redundant language "of the law" from subsection A to clarify that registration authority is determined by the applicable state's article or similar statute.

Authorizes securities to be registered in beneficiary form if permitted by the issuer's state of organization, the registering entity's location, or the owner's address state.

Establishes that registrations governed by jurisdictions without a similar beneficiary form statute are presumed valid as a matter of contract law.
