Adds liability protections for school districts, employees, coaches, volunteers, and parents regarding heat-related illness prevention policies and concussion management in athletic activities.

Requires school districts to develop and enforce guidelines on heat index dangers, dehydration, and heat-related conditions in consultation with statewide interscholastic activity supervisors.

Mandates concussion protocols including immediate removal from play for suspected concussions, parental notification forms, and return-to-play clearance requirements from trained health care providers.

Provides immunity from civil liability for school districts and health care providers acting in good faith to implement heat safety and concussion management policies, except in cases of gross negligence or willful neglect.

Allows health care provider volunteers providing concussion clearance to participate in athletic activities to receive immunity from civil liability for decisions made in good faith implementation of concussion requirements.
