Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 44-1376.02 to allow school district or charter school administrators to obtain telephone records, voice mail, email, blog posts, text messages, and communication service records to investigate violations of school or school district policies.

Permits public utilities, telephone companies, and communication service providers to disclose records to school administrators in connection with investigations of school policy violations.

Defines "blog" as an online, regularly updated journal or newsletter readily accessible to the general public on a website.

Defines "social networking service" as an online service, platform, or site that focuses on building and reflecting social networks and social relations among people.
