Amends Section 33-2201 of the Arizona Revised Statutes relating to the timeshare owner's association and management act.

Replaces vague reference to "the effective date of this chapter" with the specific date of August 12, 2005 in two locations within the statute.

Clarifies that the chapter applies to all timeshare plans, timeshare property, and associations established on or after August 12, 2005.

Clarifies that the chapter also applies to timeshare plans, timeshare property, and associations established before August 12, 2005 unless the timeshare instrument provides otherwise.

Establishes that this chapter governs over any conflicting provisions in other statutes related to the operation and management of timeshare plans, property, or associations in the state.
