Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 37-501 regarding trespass on state lands.

Maintains class 2 misdemeanor penalties for knowingly committing trespass on state lands through destruction of timber, removal of resources, livestock grazing without approval, or unauthorized occupation.

Adds new subsection clarifying that the statute does not prohibit lawful possession or discharge of firearms while hunting, target shooting, self-defense, or defense of another.
