SB 1085 Summary

• Repeals section 41-3012.05 of Arizona Revised Statutes and adds new section 41-3022.05 to Title 41, Chapter 27, Article 2.

• The state real estate department terminates on July 1, 2022, with Title 32, Chapter 20 repealed on January 1, 2023.

• Continues the state real estate department to protect public health, safety, and welfare by regulating real estate sales and administering the real estate recovery fund, pursuant to section 41-2955, subsection B.

• Sections 1 and 2 of the act are effective retroactively to July 1, 2012.
