Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 12-569 regarding admissibility of evidence in medical malpractice actions.

Removes language that previously limited the evidence exclusion to hearings or reviews "conducted pursuant to section 12-567," broadening the application.

Prohibits introduction of evidence regarding professional liability insurance coverage or financial interests in health care insurers for any party or witness during medical malpractice trials, hearings, or review proceedings.

Prevents disclosure of evidence related to insurance policy ownership, stock ownership, contributed surplus notes, or other financial interests in health care insurers established under Arizona Title 20, Chapter 7, Article 2.
