Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 16-558 to change "board" to "body" when referring to the governing authority of special districts.

Allows special districts described in Title 48 to conduct mail ballot elections with prior approval from the county board of supervisors before publishing the election call.

Mail ballot elections for special districts must be conducted in accordance with Article 8 of Chapter 16 of Arizona Revised Statutes.

Removes the phrase "the provisions of" from the statute language regarding compliance with election conduct requirements.
