Exempts veterans from filing fees for articles of incorporation under Arizona Revised Statutes sections 10-122 (corporations) and 10-3122 (nonprofits), provided they submit satisfactory proof of veteran status.

Exempts veterans from filing fees for applications for authority (foreign corporation registration) under sections 10-122 and 10-3122.

Exempts veterans from filing fees for certificates of limited partnership and applications for foreign limited partnership registration under section 29-366, plus the certificate of registration fee.

Exempts veterans from filing fees for articles of organization and applications for foreign limited liability company registration under section 29-851.

Requires applicants to submit satisfactory proof of veteran status to the commission or secretary of state to qualify for the fee exemption.
